Q3Art
Q3 Art is a 15 year old company know for its quality affordable art , reliability and excellent customer service. Artists Marvin and Michelle Shafer create unique mobiles, clocks, jewelry ,wine glass markers, and plant art in hand dyed anodized aluminum. We do not simply buy pre-anodized colored sheets, we actually fabricate, texture and polish the components prior to the color process. Our work is carried by many galleries, museum stores, and fine craft stores accross the country. Soon to come gallery listing.Click on Artistic process to learn more about our art work.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship most orders within 1 or 2 days. We ship via UPS to all locations in the U.S. UPS Ground, 2nd day air and next day Air services are available. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or to any foreign country. We may be able to ship to APO and FPO addresses . We will contact you if we cannot process your order.

Shipping charges are calculated depending items purchased. We charge a flat rate of $5.50 for the 1st item and $1.00 for each additional. Clocks have have an additional charge of $2.00 and some of the larger mobiles have specific shipping amounts. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air charges are additional.

For those of you in Hawaii and Alaska we can ship thru the US Postal Service as it tends to be much cheaper. Call or email us in regards to shipping to those states.

Sales tax is charged to all orders shipped in Illinois. Sales tax is not charged when shipping to other states.

Payment Methods
We accept visa,master card, money orders, certified and personal checks. In order to process orders paid by personal checks we must wait until your check clears before shipping. There is a $25.00 check fee for all bounced checks. We will contact you if there is a problem.

Order Status
An email confirmation will automatically be sent to you upon placing your.Please be sure your email and shipping address is correct. We normally ship within 2 business days.You should receive your orders no later than 10 business days after you place your order. If there is a delay you will be notified via email.

Security
This Zoovy website is a completely secure site perfectly safe for your credit card and other information. Please rest assured we do not share any information of any kind about our customers with anyone! If you feel more comfortable placing a phone or fax order that is fine.

Returns & Exchanges
For over 15 years Q3 Art has been making high quality affordable art wark in anodized aluminum. Our work is carried in some of the finest craft galleries and museum shops in the country. We feel confident you will be pleased with your purchased. We strive for your cutomer satisfaction. We do however accept returns within 15 days of purchase. We are happy to exchange gift purchases. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please email a request for a return or an exchange. Items must be returned carefully repackaged and shipped back to us We do not issue a call tag.

If you prefer to phone in an order you may call us Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (Central Standard Time). Toll free 877.929.4258. If you leave a message on our answering machine we'll be happy to return your call.You may fax in your order anytime.( Fax 773.929.4258.) Please be sure to include a phone number or email address on your fax order so we can contact you in case we have any questions.
